Terms & Conditions – Powerful Presentations Group Programme

Thank you for choosing to join the Powerful Presentations group programme. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment.

  • All payments are non-refundable. Please ensure you are able to commit to the programme dates before booking.

2. Programme Delivery

  • The programme consists of six (6) consecutive weekly sessions.

  • Sessions are delivered live online via Zoom (or similar platform).

  • If the trainer (Jimmy Cannon) is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the affected session will be rescheduled.

3. Session Access

  • Each session will be recorded. Recordings will be made available to all participants in the cohort.

  • Access to recordings is for your personal use only and must not be shared outside the group.

4. Group Size & Participation

  • Each cohort will consist of no more than eight (8) participants.

  • Active participation is encouraged to maximise your results. The trainer is not responsible for progress if sessions are missed or if participants choose not to engage.

5. Confidentiality & Conduct

  • Respect for all participants is expected at all times.

  • Anything shared by other participants in the group must be treated as confidential.

  • Disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the programme without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All programme materials, including recordings, worksheets, and resources, remain the intellectual property of Jimmy Cannon.

  • Materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The trainer will provide training and support in line with the programme description.

  • Results may vary depending on individual participation and application of techniques. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
